Income:

Fees are 50.000 THB over budget year to date due to late payments from 2021.

Per 31. January 2022 all houses have their due fees except 2 houses which pay regularly on contracts and both on due time.

Expenses:

We have used 14.000 in expenses less than budget YTD.

Result:

YTD result is positive with 55.000 THB - a result 65.000 THB better due to paid fees due in 2021.
