Comments:

Income:

Fees are year to date 87.000 THB over budget year to date due to late payments due last year and one prepaid fee this month. As of 28 February 2022 all houses have their due fees except 2 houses which pay regularly on contracts and both on due time.

Expenses:

We have used 4.000 in expenses more than budget YTD.

We already discovered 65.000 in unexpected expenses with new office computer, software and road repairs.

Result:

YTD result is positive with 70.000 THB - a result 90.000 THB better than due to paid fees due in 2021 and prepayment of fee. Due to the above expenses this situation will not continue.

Note:

If someone wonders about a high cash balance, the explanation is that we will have to pay out around 52.000 THB to the road repair contractor and auditor this month.
